This Privacy Notice for Spectrum Technology Services SAS ("we", "us", or "our") describes how and why we access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use SAHANI, including when you visit https://sahani.app, download and use the SAHANI mobile app, or engage with us through marketing, support, or events.

What we process: account details, content you create (including meal photos), and usage/device data — depending on how you use SAHANI.
Sensitive data: we do not process special-category/sensitive personal data.
Payments: SAHANI is free at launch — we do not collect payment or card data.
Location: we do not collect precise geolocation.
AI: when you scan a meal, the photo is sent to Google (Gemini) to identify the dish and check it's genuine food — kept private to your account, and if the check fails nothing is stored.
Sharing: only with the service providers that run the app — no advertisers, no data sales.
Your rights: access, correct, delete, port, object, withdraw consent — via privacy@sahani.app or in-app.
